Texas Accessibility Solutions provides Plan Reviews, Consultations, and Inspections for compliance with the 2012 TAS (Texas Accessibility Standards). We are licensed under the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations to perform Architectural Barrier plan reviews, and site inspections, for TAS compliance according to the provisions of Texas Civil Statutes (Article 9102), re-codified as Chapter 469 of the Texas Government Code, and the Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 68.

We are also certified by the ICC as an Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner. This standard is often used for ADA compliance on projects outside of Texas. It uses scoping from the 2012 IBC which then references the ANSI A117.1.
We can also use the 2010 ADA standards, also known as the 2010 ADAAG. This is sometimes used for federally funded projects, which do not have to comply with the 2012 TAS.
